5 STEPS FOR SENDING PARCELS
1. Contact CS：
Please contact CS on our Line official account and check if the content of your parcel is acceptable.
* Below items MUST be confirmed with CS before you dispatching:
Food stuff, Liquid items, products with battery.
* Do not accept any food with meat.
2. Schedule a pick up：
After preparing the parcel, please provide the info below to schedule a pick up:

4. Pay Shipping Fee：
We will provide you with shipping fee on our Line Official Account after warehouse receiving your parcel.
You can pay the fee by transfor money to our Taiwan bank account or by Credit Card with 5% surcharge (International Card is also acceptable)
5. Get Tracking No.：
We will dispatch your parcel and provide you with tracking No. after receiving the payment.
7 STEPS FOR FORWARDING EC PARCELS
1. Shopping on Taiwan EC Website
You can go shopping on all Taiwan EC websites.
* Below items MUST be confirmed with CS before your purchasing:

2. Send goods to our warehouse：
Please send all your purchases to our Taipei warehouse by filling the consignee info as below:

3. Sending Pre Alert：
After seller dispatch parcel, please provide pre alert info as below：

4. Parcels Arrive at Warehouse
We will notify you on Line Official Account when your parcels has arrived the warehouse. Once all your parcels are ready, you can request packing and provide shipping instructions via Line Official Account.
*We will remove any excess packaging from the parcels before combining them for shipping to save on costs.
5. Fill out shipping info:
If you want to ship the parcel, please fill out the recipient's information and shipping details in the online form.

* Imported parcels may be subject to duty and taxes, which will be determined by customs based on the declared value of your items.
6. Payment:
Once we have packed you parcels, we will notify you on Line Official Account with the shipping cost. You can choose to pay via bank transfer or credit card, including international cards. A 5% processing fee will be added for credit card payments.
7. Receive Parcels:
Once we receive the shipping fee and delivery derails, we will ship your parcel and provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
常見問題
什麼東西不能寄?
經濟快遞不能寄含電池商品，我們有其他快遞方案請洽客服。
食品、液體、粉末都屬於敏感品項，寄件前請向客服確認。
含肉食品不能寄。
可以寄食品嗎?
可以，但有限制
普遍性規定是含肉類、奶類、蛋類的不能寄，常見詢問不能寄的品項包含：肉乾、肉鬆、鳳凰酥、蛋黃酥、滿漢大餐泡麵、麻辣鴨血等，如果不確定，可以拍照發到我們Line官方帳號確認，謝謝。
如何預約上門收件?
加入我們Line官方帳號，提供取件聯絡人姓名、電話、地址及包裹預估尺寸重量就可以了。
上門收件時間？
營業日週一至週五上午9點到下午5點可預約取件，原則上當天下午3點前預約當天取件，隔天上午包裹會到我們台北倉。
上門收件時我需要付款或印出資料附在貨上嗎?
不需要
快遞公司取件時，您不需要付款，也不用列印單據，只需要在箱上寫花栗鼠集運+您的Line名稱就可以了，如果要寄多個包裹，需要另外註明箱號對應到商業發票上的號碼。
包裹尺寸限制
重量20公斤以內，包裹長寬高合計140公分以內，單邊長100公分以內，如果超過範圍可洽詢客服能否寄件。
我要填寫什麼單據?
您只需要提供我們商業發票資料就可以了，可以使用線上表單填寫或是下載excel表格填寫，內容包含收寄件人資料、包裹內裝品項名稱、單價、數量等。
我不懂英文可以有人幫忙填單據嗎?

我是寄個人物品也需要填商業發票嗎?
需要
商業發票是向目的國海關申報進口包裹內容的正式文件，不管是個人用途或是商業用途都需要填寫。
包裹進口會不會有稅金?
美國的免稅額是800 美金，包裹申報價值在限額內原則上是免稅，經濟快遞方案只接收申報價值800美金以下的包裹，如果貨物價值超過限額，請洽客服人員國際快遞報價。
運費如何計算？
運費以包裹實際重量和體積重量取大的計費，體積重量計算方式是以包裹的長寬高相乘除以5000計算。
例如您的包裹重量是5公斤，尺寸是30cm X 40cm X40cm，就會以體積重量10公斤計費。
如何付款?
包裹到台北倉後我們會在Line官方帳號上通知您報價，您可以選擇用轉帳、刷卡、台灣Pay付款。
如何查詢包裹?
包裹發貨後客服會在Line官方帳號提供您包裹單號及查詢網站連結，您可以自行查詢或詢問客服小幫手。
有提供紙箱嗎?
沒有
單個紙箱宅配價格很高不划算，單個紙箱費含宅配費用約200-300元，如果需要多個大紙箱，會比較划算，我們可以協助代買。
如果包裹運送出狀況有補償嗎?
若因運送過程所造成之遺失,經確認後,本公司以下列方式賠償：以原提供之商業發票上之申報金額為為賠償標準.但 a) 不包括對某人或某商業行為具任何特殊或商業價值之損失. b) 若商業發票上之進口申報金額高於新台幣3000元，賠償金額上限為新台幣3000元。
任何作業班機因天候，安全問題，或其它非人力能控制之因素而取消或延遲時，本公司將盡告知並盡力安排於其它最快作業班機出口之義務，寄件人不得因此扣除或延遲支付任何運費或其它應付之費用。
注意事項
1. 包裹進口可能會有關稅產生，海關會依據您的申報價值課稅。
2. 食品類、液體類、電池類都屬於特殊物品，寄件前一定要先跟客服確認寄件規定。
3. 快遞公司會開箱查驗包裹與發票申報內容是否一致，請您如實申報所有寄件物品和數量。
4. 若包裹內有未申報且無法寄件的物品，將收取包裹查驗費500元，可以為您將無法寄件物品取出退回取件地址；若查獲未申報的違禁品或危險物品，例如：香菸、藥品、酒類等，將罰款新台幣5,000元或一倍運費取大者，並拒絕寄件，若涉及走私將送航警處理，請務必注意。
5. 若包裹遺失或損壞，按申報價值補償，上限是台幣3000元，如商品價值較高，建議加購保險服務 (經濟快遞不提供保險服務)。若您不確定物品是否可以寄件，歡迎隨時詢問花栗鼠客服，謝謝
